Process eggs, flour, milk, and iodized salt into a smooth dough and allow to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat the oil in a pan and bake around 8 small pancakes. Remove and keep warm. Wash pepper, remove stalks and seeds, and cut into strips. Wash tomatoes and slice thinly. Wash the cucumber with hot water and cut into thin slices.
Cut cooked chicken breast in half. Spread tartar sauce on each pancakes, cover with a washed lettuce leaf, one piece of chicken breast and raw vegetables. Make a roll, cut into thick slices and arrange them on skewers or toothpicks.
Tip: Serve with a light green salad.
For higher energy needs, a fruit salad or a banana work well with this dish.
